Service Terms & Conditions – Te Amo Dance

Welcome to Te Amo Dance. By booking or participating in our classes, lessons or events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all students.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings for private lessons, group classes or events must be made in advance through our website, email or directly with a Te Amo Dance instructor.
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place. We accept secure online payments and other approved payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the agreed rate.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. To reschedule or cancel a private lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson may result in the full fee being charged.
For group classes or events, cancellations are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by Te Amo Dance.
If Te Amo Dance must cancel or postpone a class, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

3. Attendance and Conduct

Please arrive on time for your class to ensure a smooth start and to show respect for other participants.
Te Amo Dance reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful to staff or other students.
We encourage a positive, inclusive and supportive atmosphere at all times.

4. Health and Safety

By participating in any class, you confirm that you are physically able to take part and understand that dancing, like any physical activity, carries some risk.
Te Amo Dance and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, accidents or health issues that may occur during participation.
Please inform your instructor of any relevant medical conditions or concerns before your lesson.

5. Photography and Media

We occasionally take photos or videos during classes and events to promote Te Amo Dance.
If you do not wish to appear in any promotional material, please notify us in writing before your class or at the time of filming.

6. Gift Cards and Packages

All packages, passes and gift cards are valid for a specified period from the date of purchase (as stated at time of sale).
Unused lessons after the expiry date may not be refunded or extended unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final once a class or package has commenced. Refunds are only available if Te Amo Dance cancels a class or in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.

8. Liability Waiver

By attending any class, event or workshop, participants agree to assume full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage that may occur and release Te Amo Dance, its instructors and staff from any liability related to participation.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never share or sell your information without consent.

10. Changes to Terms

Te Amo Dance may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
